About

Who I Am

Over twenty-two years of hands-on technical experience across specialized hardware, networking, and software engineering, with deep integration of AI into enterprise platforms. I've built ground-up solutions for warehouse management and carry strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics technology — leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade platforms across logistics, telecom, and healthcare.

My path here wasn't linear by design so much as by depth: fifteen years at Spice Digital took me from developer to lead to Solution Architect, building SOA and message-broker platforms — including an IoT firewall product — for enterprise and telecom customers, and eventually leading a team of 25+ developers on that architecture. From there I moved into warehouse management at Advatix, building a WMS from MVP through carrier and e-commerce integrations for clients across the US, before a short stint as CTO of an AI-driven healthcare platform sharpened how I think about applying AI to real operational systems rather than treating it as a bolt-on.

Today I'm Head of Technology at Apollo Supply Chain, where I lead VisionWare+ — an AI-powered analytics and 3D visualization platform that turns raw warehouse data into models teams can actually act on. That's also where most of what I write about on this site comes from: what changes when AI tooling meets systems where a bug has physical, not just financial, consequences.

How I Approach Architecture

Hexagonal by Default

Domain, application, infrastructure, and interfaces stay separated so business logic doesn't end up wired to a specific database or framework. It costs more upfront structure; it pays for itself the first time you swap a message broker or a persistence layer without touching domain code.

Contract-First, Always

APIs get an OpenAPI or Protobuf definition before implementation starts, not after. It forces the hard conversations about a service's boundary early, when they're cheap, instead of during integration testing, when they're not.

Rich Domain Models

Business rules live in the domain layer, not scattered across service classes that just move data around. If a concept matters to the business, it's a first-class type with real behavior, not a DTO with getters and setters.

Pragmatism Over Purity

Every pattern here is a trade-off, not a religion. I'll flag over-engineering as readily as missing test coverage — the goal is a system the team can actually operate at 2 a.m., not an architecture diagram that wins design reviews.

Projects

Selected Work

VisionWare+ warehouse analytics platform

VisionWare+

Apollo Supply Chain · An AI-powered analytics and 3D visualization platform built from the ground up, turning raw warehouse data into interactive 3D models and graphs that operations teams can act on directly rather than static reports. In active development since December 2023.

Warehouse Management System

Warehouse Management System

Xpdel US, Zico US, 3sprouts · A warehouse management system built from an MVP up through production scale over four years, with integrations across major e-commerce platforms and shipping carriers for three US clients.

EIR Solution for telecom equipment identity

EIR Solution

Indian Telecom Operator · A SIGTRAN-based solution verifying the authenticity of mobile equipment identity against the MAP protocol, closing a gap that let cloned or blacklisted devices onto the network.

MNP Protection Solution for telecom fraud prevention

MNP Protection Solution

Leading Telecom Operator · Predictive analytics and algorithmic scoring built to protect the operator's highest-ARPU customers from competitor poaching — distinguishing genuine competitor outreach from spam calls in real time and blocking the latter before they reached the elite customer base.
